Women are changing the way they look! Weight Training For Women Works

Did you know weight training for women has many benefits apart from just toning up and looking great.

The benefits of weight training include healthier bones. According to the Mayo Clinic, weight training can help you burn calories more efficiently.

Weight Training For Women – Does it really make women bulky?

I am constantly telling my girlfriend that weight training for woman will assist with weight loss but do you think she will believe me – No Way. So I went searching for some facts and you will be amazed at what I found.

The good news for all women is that in order to lose weight and tone up you need to lift weights.

According to personal trainer Mikki Reilly, Women don’t have the hormones to make it possible to bulk up as a result of weight training. You see Men produce ten times the amount of testosterone than Women do, Women produce ten times more oestrogen than Men so it’s just not possible for women to gain muscles that will make them bulky unless they take hormones.

So if you want a lean, toned physique (like most Women), then lift heavy weights. Weight training for women is safe, effective and proven to work.

I recommend you read this complete article here it’s great

Let me know how you go.

Women are losing weight! Weight Training For Women Helps in Weight loss!

If you’ve been looking for a proven and healthy way to lose weight and still look great then you’re in for a treat, weight training for women is the secret and here’s why…

Did you know you can burn calories while you’re resting? Well it’s true and it’s scientifically proven. Weight training or resistance training as it is also referred to, is the best way to burn off those unwanted kilos.

When you build muscle tissue, you are in effect increasing your body’s metabolism. You see muscle is very active metabolically compared to fat tissue. A kilo of muscle requires 50-100 calories a day just to maintain itself.

So the more muscle tissue you build on your body allows you to burn more energy and that energy source is fat. So your body will burn off excess fat even when you’re resting. How cool is that. It’s scientifically proven.

There is a book you may want to check out that focuses on this type of weight training for women called Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle.
